PRR15L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR15L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,242 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TJP3_S164, TJP3_S203, and TJP3_S378. Each is linked with PRR15L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR15L versus TJP3_S164 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR15L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR15L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
