PRR15L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRR15L RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,494 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR15L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN7, CLDN4, and AGR2. Each is linked with PRR15L in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR15L-to-partner and partner-to-PRR15L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR15L versus CLDN7 in OVARY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR15L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR15L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
