PRR13P7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR13P7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,752 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR13P7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT6P2, EIF1P3, and TPT1P9. Each is linked with PRR13P7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR13P7-to-partner and partner-to-PRR13P7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR13P7 versus CCT6P2 in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR13P7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR13P7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
