Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR13P7 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of PRR13P7’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where PRR13P7 RNA is repressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types PRR13P7 is over-expressed in tumor, although a few such as STAD and ESCA show the opposite, repressed pattern.
STAD, ESCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where PRR13P7 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
