Q-omics provides the consensus-scored PRR13P7 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. PRR13P7 expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, PRR13P7 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, PRR13P7 RNA expression shows 4,536 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THYM, and STAD as cancer lineages where PRR13P7 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
