PRR11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRR11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,623 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRR11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and NCAPG_S674. Each is linked with PRR11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRR11-to-partner and partner-to-PRR11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRR11 versus SMC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRR11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRR11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
