Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRR11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 32 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRR11 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PRR11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRR11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and OV show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where PRR11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
