PRPSAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRPSAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPSAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, RPS3AP17, and SLC25A20P1. Each is linked with PRPSAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPSAP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRPSAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by PRPSAP1-low versus PRPSAP1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRPSAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRPSAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
