Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRPF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRPF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are G6PC2, OR2C1, and UTS2R. Each is linked with PRPF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRPF19-to-partner and partner-to-PRPF19 results are reported.
