PROSER2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROSER2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROSER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1026P, MIR5692C1, and LINC02500. Each is linked with PROSER2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROSER2-to-partner and partner-to-PROSER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1026P grouped by PROSER2-low versus PROSER2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROSER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROSER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
