PROM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PROM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,393 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PROM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PKP3, NECTIN4, and ARHGEF10L. Each is linked with PROM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PROM2-to-partner and partner-to-PROM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PROM2 versus PKP3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PROM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PROM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
