Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRODH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRODH-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, DEFA5, and MT1HL1. Each is linked with PRODH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRODH-to-partner and partner-to-PRODH results are reported.
