PRMT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,445 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UPP1, PLEKHO2, and ACTR2. Each is linked with PRMT8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT8-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT8 versus UPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
