Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT5-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,780 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT5-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, UTP4, and VRK1. Each is linked with PRMT5-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT5-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT5-AS1 results are reported.
