PRKG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMD3, FANCA, and KIF11. Each is linked with PRKG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
