PRKCG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,396 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB39B, HTATIP2, and CD9. Each is linked with PRKCG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCG-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCG versus RAB39B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
