Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,500 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCG-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4Z1, AMH, and BAG1. Each is linked with PRKCG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCG-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCG versus CYP4Z1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
