PRKAR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,799 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEA9, LINC00397, and RCC2P5. Each is linked with PRKAR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEA9 grouped by PRKAR1A-low versus PRKAR1A-high in ACC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
