Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,200 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAIP1, TRIOBP, and UBE2J1. Each is linked with PRKAA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAA1 versus PAIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
