PRIMA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,356 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRIMA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COG1, EIF5B_S164, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with PRIMA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIMA1 versus COG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
