Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIMA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR378E, RNU6-1082P, and APONP. Each is linked with PRIMA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR378E grouped by PRIMA1-low versus PRIMA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
