Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRIMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,739 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIMA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MACROH2A2, SYT3, and TAMALIN. Each is linked with PRIMA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIMA1 versus MACROH2A2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIMA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIMA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
