Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRIMA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,714 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIMA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile, mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with PRIMA1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIMA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRIMA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions with bulged adenosine as nucleophile grouped by PRIMA1-low versus PRIMA1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
