PRICKLE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p27_pT198, and PR. Each is linked with PRICKLE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE3-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by PRICKLE3-low versus PRICKLE3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
