Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRICKLE3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,393 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of autophagy of mitochondrion. Each is linked with PRICKLE3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE3-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE3 results are reported.
