PRICKLE3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRICKLE3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP12-4, OR7G3, and IQCF5. Each is linked with PRICKLE3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE3-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP12-4 grouped by PRICKLE3-low versus PRICKLE3-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
