Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE2-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,292 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE2-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, LOXL2, and MRC2. Each is linked with PRICKLE2-DT in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE2-DT-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE2-DT results are reported.
