Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRICKLE2-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRICKLE2-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher PRICKLE2-DT RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRICKLE2-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUAD show a favorable association.

MESO, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PRICKLE2-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
