Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6796, MIR320C2, and PINCR. Each is linked with PRG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6796 grouped by PRG3-low versus PRG3-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
