Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRG3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRG3 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher PRG3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, BLCA, and READ are the cancer types where PRG3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
