PRECSIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRECSIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRECSIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMX3, MIR378A, and RNU6-79P. Each is linked with PRECSIT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRECSIT-to-partner and partner-to-PRECSIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMX3 grouped by PRECSIT-low versus PRECSIT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRECSIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRECSIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
