PRDX2P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDX2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,906 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDX2P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UIMC1, CCDC85C_S258, and CEP170_S359. Each is linked with PRDX2P3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDX2P3-to-partner and partner-to-PRDX2P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDX2P3 versus UIMC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDX2P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDX2P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
