PRDM8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 732 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GBX2, SIX2, and HIC1. Each is linked with PRDM8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM8-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GBX2 grouped by PRDM8-low versus PRDM8-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
