Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACVRL1, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with PRDM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM6 results are reported.
