PRDM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4, OR5T3, and H1-8. Each is linked with PRDM6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM6-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA4 grouped by PRDM6-low versus PRDM6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
