Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, SRRT, and SRSF11. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM15 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
