PRDM11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC1A, VEZF1, and MTA1. Each is linked with PRDM11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM11-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM11 versus SMC1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
