PRB4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLCCI1, ZNF157, and PDK1. Each is linked with PRB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB4-to-partner and partner-to-PRB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRB4 versus GLCCI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
