Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP5L, EFS, and MYL9. Each is linked with PRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRB2 results are reported.
