Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,057 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-629P, FKBP4P7, and SNX3P1Y. Each is linked with PRB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRB2 results are reported.
