PRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, PKC-b-II_pS660, and AR. Each is linked with PRB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by PRB2-low versus PRB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
