Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 904 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Negative regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Negative regulation of amyloid precursor protein biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PRB2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome grouped by PRB2-low versus PRB2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
