PRAMEF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 137 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6747, RNA5SP72, and MIR629. Each is linked with PRAMEF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF8-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6747 grouped by PRAMEF8-low versus PRAMEF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
