Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR6747 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR6747 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR6747 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, MIR6747 RNA expression shows 5,336 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Together, these results highlight UVM, STAD, and KIRC as cancer lineages where MIR6747 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
