PRAMEF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 221 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAOK3, GNB2, and CDH8. Each is linked with PRAMEF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF7-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
