PPTC7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPTC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,622 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPTC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRA2B, PFKM, and CTSG. Each is linked with PPTC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPTC7-to-partner and partner-to-PPTC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPTC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPTC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
