PPP5C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP5C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP5C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, PRMT1, and XRCC1. Each is linked with PPP5C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP5C versus LIG1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
