Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP5C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,461 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF230, ZNF180, and IRF2BP1. Each is linked with PPP5C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP5C versus ZNF230 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
