Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP5C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, eEF2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with PPP5C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5C results are reported.
