PPP5C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP5C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP5C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, OR1L3, and C12orf40. Each is linked with PPP5C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by PPP5C-low versus PPP5C-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP5C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP5C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
